Yoga Group Classes  for  beginner - intermediate - advanced

  1. Group Yoga Classes are either 1 or 1 1/2 hrs.

  2. Most all classes  are ongoing.

  3. Our special classes are for the whole body, mind and spirit creating flexibility, strength and awareness through Asana (postures), breathing (pranayama), relaxation (Yoga Nidra), other stress releasing techniques, yogic philosophy and Meditation.

  4. Students can start at any time.

  5. Providing there is room, you are always welcome.

  6. Tea is served at the end of class.

Private/Semi-Private Yoga Classes:     

    Choose the day and time that best suits
    your schedule. $125/class.
    A sliding scale is available for these classes
    as well as for Individual Healing Sessions. 

Restorative and Gentle Yoga:

Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays      1:00–2:30 p.m.
         Meeting the 2nd and 4th week of the month


This class uses yoga mats and/or chairs for seated and
supported standing postures.  Contact us for exact dates.
For seniors. (unfortunately no handicap access)
This class limited to 4 students. Depending on how many are in this class determines the price. Special price: $15-$20.


Beginning - Intermediate Yoga.

Saturday  Morning               10:30-11:45 p.m.  

Learn how to develop a safe and self healing Yoga practice for yourself. All aspects of Yoga are covered as well as some Qigong and Taoist Movements. Each class is tailored to the needs of those who attend. Our classes concentrate on creating stillness within and experiencing the Joy of being inYoga.
This class is limited to 4 students. $20 per class.

Special  Yoga class for Multiple Sclerosis.


Learn how to make the body more supple, strong and stress free, while improving general health and wellbeing. Chandra teaches these classes. They will bring a smile to your heart.
